Enquiry form
When you send us an enquiry through the form on a page or in the Request a quote window, we process:
- your name,
- company name, if provided,
- e-mail address,
- phone number, if provided,
- the topic and text of the enquiry,
- files you attach (drawings, documents).
Purpose: handling the enquiry and preparing a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you write on behalf of a company, we process the contact person's data based on our legitimate interest in communicating with a business partner (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The enquiry and its attachments are stored in the website administration, which only authorised employees can access, and we receive a notification by e-mail, usually including the attachments. We send a confirmation of receipt to the address you entered. The website system keeps copies of these e-mails for 90 days.
We keep enquiry data for 3 years from the last contact if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, we keep it as long as accounting laws and the performance of the contract require.
Providing the data is voluntary. Without a name, e-mail and the enquiry text, however, we cannot handle it.

- your CV and the data in it, if you attach it.
Purpose: the selection process for a job position. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into an employment contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The application is stored in the website administration, which only authorised employees can access. We delete it after the selection process ends, at the latest 6 months after we receive it. We keep it longer only with your consent, for example for future openings.
Please do not include data in your CV that is not needed to assess your application (national ID number, health information and similar).
E-mail and phone communication
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, content of the message) for the same purpose, on the same legal basis and for the same period as an enquiry.
