CNC flame and plasma cutting
Thick plates flame cut up to 150 mm and plasma cut up to 20 mm on a 12-metre table. Shearing and sawing under one roof.
Cutting
We cut plates up to 150 mm thick with an oxy-acetylene flame and up to 20 mm with plasma. The 2,000 × 12,000 mm table takes long strips and girder parts.
Shearing and sawing
- guillotine shears up to 16 mm thickness and 3,150 mm width
- band saws up to 450 mm diameter for sections and bars
Material cutting is the first step of most orders. Parts go straight to forming or welding in the same hall.
